You’ll notice that there is no S-300 contract with Iran. Rightly so, because all that Iranian talk of a final contract was wishful thinking (or hogwash).

Why would you just take the Russian government’s word for it that this export will not happen? Should their denial really carry that much weight, or do you have other evidence?
